Building Facility Charge
Access to the building facilities, including the gymnasium and pool, is available only to guests staying for 30 consecutive nights or longer. Please note that guests staying for less than 30 nights will not have access to the building facilities, as per building management’s policy.
Induction: Access will only be granted after completing a mandatory induction, which is held on Monday evenings at 7:00 pm. If you require an induction at a different time, you may arrange one with the concierge on the ground floor; however, a fee applies for non-standard inductions.
Additional Rules: Please note that all residents must be clothed, robed or covered with a towel and dry while travelling to and from the gymnasium and pool area.
