Ask anyone with pets and they’ll agree; they are a part of the family. When heading to Melbourne for a holiday, travelling for an extended period of time, or relocating, there’s nothing worse than having to leave your pet behind.
Corporate Keys offers pet-friendly accommodation in selected properties, with pets welcome subject to prior approval. All pet requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged and approved by Corporate Keys before arrival.
Guests bringing their Pets along will need to agree to our Pet friendly terms and conditions and agree that any damages caused by their pet(s) will be deducted from bond.

Pet Policy Summary
Pets must have up to date worming, flea treatments, and vaccinations
Pets must have had nails trimmed to avoid scratches to the floors and furnishings
Pets must not shed. To prevent cleaning charges we STRONGLY suggest giving your pets a good brush to remove excess fur.
Pets left alone in the apartment MUST NOT disturb other guests. Constant barking may result in guests being required to remove the pet from the property at their own expense.
Bring your own Bedding, we do not supply bedding for pets. Please bring sheet(s) to cover furniture.
Your pets must have their own food and water bowls. They must not use the crockery in the apartment.
Dogs to be taken off premises for toileting. Owners are responsible for pet waste.
Dogs MUST BE SPAYED/DESEXED. Small to Medium size dogs only. Very large dogs are generally not suitable for our properties.
The following Pets are not permitted at a Participating Property
Cats
Restricted dog breeds which are prohibited by any government or council authority;
Dogs which have been declared as dangerous or menacing by any government or council authority;
or
Any dog or cat which has been declared as regulated by any government or council authority.
* Additional cleaning charges may apply should pet hair, urine, fleas or any evidence (including smell) of the pet be left behind when guests leave. It is advised for pets to wear tick/flea collars to avoid bringing or picking up ticks/fleas to/from the area.

Yes. Our furnished apartments are particularly suited to extended stays, including corporate relocations, temporary assignments and longer visits to Melbourne.
Are there additional charges for bringing a pet?
Pet-friendly apartment pricing is individually advised. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply where required.
